Virginia Partnerships for Success Grant Reports

From 2015 to 2020, the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) was awarded Partnerships for Success (PFS) grant funding by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The PFS grant sought to leverage resources and funding at the state and local levels for prevention work and infrastructure building, as well as enhance state and community capacity to identify and address health disparities. DBHDS provided PFS grant funds to nine communities to address prescription drug misuse and heroin use among youth and young adults ages 12 to 25 years.
